Villa Grigio is a pretty stone villa, situated in the countryside close to Cortona. It has  a large garden and a private pool, spa area and an outdoor kitchen. The views from the garden are wonderful and it is a short drive into Cortona, which is a lovely hill town with pretty views and a wide varierty of bars and restaurants. Being in southern Tuscany it is also perfect for visiting Umbria, Lake Trasimeno (the only Lake in Tuscany) with its tiny islands and towns along the lake and there are many renowned wine towns such as Montepulciano and Montalcino all within easy reach, not to mention the spa towns of Chianciano Terme (41km) and San Casciano dei Bagni (72km). The renaissance city of Florence is also easily accessible by train.

Local Tourist Tax:  €10 per person over 12 years of age. Payable in cash on arrival.

Security Deposit: €500 payable in cash on arrival and refunded on departure.

This pretty villa is perfect for a family  group. It has been restored with care and  is located within easy reach of Cortona (4km) and has wonderful pretty views over the countryside. Villa Grigio is in an exceptional location, very secluded, surrounded by olive trees and only 5 minutes drive from Cortona. Whilst it retains much of its original character,  wooden beams, terracotta floors and a large stone fireplace, it has been simply but exquisitely renovated with luxury finishes to bedrooms and bathrooms. There are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms to accommodate up to 11 guests.

The villa is on 3 levels:
The ground floor has a small sitting area, 3 double bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms and a modern area offering gym facilities, spa and sauna
