The original part of Villa Chianina was a tower, strategically positioned to keep watch over the valley below. The Villa has recently undergone a complete restoration, which preserves the charm of the old estate, without sacrificing  contemporary amenities and comforts. Villa Chianina has a commanding view across the Chiana valley, towards Monte Cetona and a medieval fortress. Its bright interiors have been designed with great attention to detail, blending antique furniture with contemporary Italian lamps and decorative elements.
 All bedrooms are spacious and bright with beamed ceilings and terracotta tiles, each offering a beautiful view over the surrounding countryside. The villa can accommodate up to 11 guests - 7 in the main villa and 4 in the guest cottage.

Not included:  Heating - metered, air con - €250 per week, extra bed (for children 3 - 12 yrs - €100 week), extra maid service €15 hr, extra linen /towels - prices on request, chef service from €45 per person, grocery shopping service €15 + cost of food, pets on request - €100 per week

Local Tourist Tax: €1 per person over 14 yrs for the first 15 days, payable in cash on arrival

Security Deposit: € (euros) payable in cash on arrival and refunded on  departure.

Villa Chianina is a pretty villa just a few minutes drive from the beautiful village of San Casciano dei Bagni in Southern Tuscany. It consists of two buildings, a main villa, which sleeps 7 and a guest cottage, which sleeps 4. The well equipped villa has bright, spacious interiors and is surrounded by a garden with a private pool and lovely panoramic views.
