Dear Fiona

Everything went perfectly well, it is a beautiful and very spacious house and we had a fantastic time. The weather was very hot, so the rooms were a little hot at night, but other than that everything was perfect, and Beatrice made us feel very welcome.
The cookery lesson was great, Beatrice and her boyfriend Matteo kept us busy and gave us a very good impression of authentic Italian cooking and quite a bit of learning to take back. She challenged us to make our own pasta which made a huge impression on the younger kids in our family, and we all agreed that the taste of the food made from very basic products but with a lot of time and effort, was outstanding.

We would all love to come back some time again, and we will definitely have other cookery lessons.

Thanks to everybody involved, you provided an excellent service and an outstanding product which we will make sure to recommend to others.
