Chiara was born and brought up in Florence. She started organising events in 1995 and has many years experience coordinating functions on a corporate level. In 2002 she set up her own company specialising in wedding planning and has assisted many couples in making their dreams come true. Chiara and her team can help you realise the ideas you have for your special day. Whether you would like to exchange vows in a beautiful olive grove, or a stately villa, they can make it happen. Chiara is based north west of Florence and so in a good location for the area immediately outside Florence and towards Lucca.

Elena is based in Florence city centre, has many years experience and is a professional interpreter and specialises in documentation. So if you only need help with paperwork or if you are planning a wedding right in the heart of Florence, she would be the perfect choice. She can help you with all your wedding paperwork and will be with you at the Embassies and/or the town hall to complete any documentation before the wedding day and will act as interpreter on the day. Elena can also organise documentation for other areas of Tuscany.
Rosie has over 20 years experience in the entertainment and events industry working at the highest level. Based in Cortona, Rosie and her team have the expertise to professionally take care of all your requirements. Recommended by the British Embassy in Rome and the British Consulates in Florence, Milan and Naples, As an English woman living and working in Italy, she understands the challenges involved in organising a successful event in a foreign country and will work with you to identify what you want from your wedding and help make it happen. Rosie can organise weddings from Florence down to Rome. 
Getting married in Florence or Tuscany couldn't be easier... or lovelier! Vinarium was founded in 1980 by Andrea Moradei as a cultural project. It has since grown to provide food and wine services. The experienced Vinarium staff is at your disposal to create your own unique wedding day. They'll work closely with you on wedding menus, wine selection, music, flowers, entertainment. They can also arrange transportation, guest accommodation and matrimonial documents.
