As Autumn turns into Winter here in Tuscany, the landscapes take on a lovely fairytale quality. Early morning mist fills the valleys, the season's wine has been made and the olive harvest is nearly over. It's time to sit beside a log fire enjoying a steaming plate of mushroom risotto, then roasting chestnuts. All washed down with a glass of the new wine! It's a fantastic time to be in Tuscany.
