Shopping and Wine Tasting Tours
THE MALL, D&G OUTLETS + CASA EMMA FARMHOUSE (8 HOURS)
This tour starts with a visit to some of Tuscany's finest designer outlet stores, where you can find bargains from designers such as - Giorgio Armani, Gucci, Salvatore Ferragamo, Valentino, Dolce & Gabbana. After our shopping, our tour continues to Casa Emma, an extraordinary winery between Florence and Siena, where the owners have been welcoming visitors for years and explaining how excellent wine is produced. After seeing the route undertaken by bunches of grapes that pass from the vineyard, through a variety of procedures to the wine cellar, its time to actually taste the wines, accompanied by local Tuscan cheese and salami on a panoramic terrace or in the tasting room.

THE MALL AND PRADA OUTLETS + COLTIBUONO ABBEY (8 HOURS)
This tour includes all the designer names at the Mall, as featured in the previous tour, plus we also visit the Prada Outlet in Valdarno, which, in addition to Prada, has designs by Helmut Lang, Miu Miu and Jill Sander. Our tour then continues through the charming Chianti countryside to visit the thousand years old monastery of Coltibuono, which produces one of the most famous wines in the world. The two hour tasting session (the wines are accompanied by a selection of local hams and cheeses) takes place after a fascinating guided visit through the Coltibuoni winery.

THE MALL AND PRADA OUTLETS + VOLPAIA CASTLE (8 HOURS)
This tour combines top designer fashion with fine wine. The tour starts at the Mall, where you can shop for top names, such as Giorgio Armani, Gucci, Salvatore Ferragamo, Valentino, Dolce & Gabbana. We then continue to the Prada Outlet in Valdarno, where in addition to Prada you can also find Helmut Lang, Miu Miu and Jill Sander. We then drive through the Chianti countryside and vineyards to reach Volpaia Castle, a small fortified village in central Chianti, which still retains much of its original architecture. A guided tour will explain all aspects of wine making from the grape to the bottle. We then get the chance to taste the fine wines made by Volpaia. During November and December visitors can also watch the local olives being crushed by huge millstones, and then taste the freshly pressed olive oil.

THE MALL AND D&G OUTLETS + FRESCOBALDI’S NIPOZZANO CASTLE (8 HOURS)Our tour starts at The Mall and continues to the Dolce & Gabbana Factory Outlet. We then drive back towards Florence and visit Nipozzano Castle. Set high upon a hill, dominating the area and boasting views over the Arno and Sieve rivers, this castle dates as far back as 1164 when it was originally built for the Conti Guidi family. It then passed to the noble Florentine Albizi family and from them to the Frescobaldi family, as the dowry of Leonia degli Albizi upon her marriage to Angiolo de' Frescobaldi. In 1855 Vittorio degli Albizi, ancestor of the present owners and expert viticulturist, brought to Nipozzano the Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties of vine which have been cultivated to the present day.

VALDICHIANA OUTLET VILLAGE + FRESCOBALDI’S CASTEL GIOCONDO (8 HOURS)
The Valdichiana Outlet Village is approx. 60 miles south of Florence. The outlet has over 100 shops including many exclusive brands such as Calvin Klein, Conte of Florence, Just Cavalli, Tommy Hilfinger and many more. We then move to the Castel Giocondo estate, which produces some of the finest wines in the Marchesi de'Frescobaldi's range, including Lamaione, Castelgiocondo Riserva, and Brunello. The estate covers over 800 hectares of vines, olive groves, woodland and pastures. With its small medieval castle and village, the estate is a picturesque Italian dream. The castle was originally built in 1100 to defend the road to Siena from invaders coming from the sea.
