Prices include: Electricity, water, gas, daily cleaning (6 days per week), linen (changed weekly), towels (changed every 2 days), baby cots available FREE of charge for under 3's – please indicate on booking, use of tennis court, use of gym, use of football pitch, use of mountain bikes, local taxes.

Not included: Final cleaning - €25 per person payable on arrival for a weekly stay or €10 per person for a short stay. Air conditioning – cost €0.26 per KW - approx cost of €6.50 per day per bedroom. Heating costs €3 per cubic metre, Turkish bath - €10 per person per 20 min session, pool towels - €2.50 each.

Available on request: Breakfast - €10 per person per day – discounts for breakfast booked for 1 week.

Security Deposit: €150 payable in cash on arrival, which is held and returned to you at the end of your stay.

Poggio Alto is centrally located between Florence, Siena and Arezzo and also within easy reach of Cortona. It is just a few minutes from a small local village and set in beautiful countryside.The accommodation is made up of 10 apartments, 3 detached villas and 4 rooms that sleep up to a total of 66 guests all located in pretty stone buildings around the large grounds There is a reception as well as a restaurant and bar with pretty terrace that has open views over the valley . The whole property has been restored with care and attention to detail. All apartments are very spacious and have satellite TV, heating, well equipped kitchens, all bedrooms have air conditioning and also have their own bathroom. The rooms available on a B&B basis (4 in total) all have their own bathrooms, satellite TV, air conditioning and a mini bar.

The large pool with Jacuzzi corner is located on a terrace below the bar / restaurant. It is equipped with sun loungers. The property also has many other facilities including mountain bikes, a football pitch, tennis court, Turkish bath and well equipped gym. It is in a country location so great for walks and trekking too along the many country tracks.
