This is a pretty country property within easy reach of the local town of Pontassieve and just a short train trip into central Florence. There are 5 pretty apartments at present and a further 3 apartments ready shortly. The apartments are located around a central courtyard and all have outdoor furniture for dining “al fresco”. The apartments have been restored with flair and attention to detail.

Stalla – sleeps 4
A ground floor apartment with a kitchen / living room with original vaulted ceiling and an open fireplace. The kitchen corner has a 4 ring gas hob, fridge and microwave. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms with showers.

Cisterna – sleeps 4
A ground floor apartment with a kitchen with a 4 ring gas hob, fridge, microwave oven. There is a lounge area with open fireplace. There is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms with showers and a garden area.

Tinaia – sleeps 4
A ground floor apartment with a kitchen / lounge with open fireplace with a 4 ring gas hob a, fridge and a microwave. There are two double rooms (one can be made a twin) and 2 bathrooms with showers and a garden area.

Cacciatore – sleeps 5
Ground floor apartment with a kitchen with open fireplace. The kitchen has a 4 ring gas hob, fridge and a microwave. There are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom and two bathrooms with showers and garden area.

Archetti – sleeps 5
First floor apartment with a kitchen with open fireplace. The kitchen has a 4 ring gas hob, fridge and a microwave. There are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom and two bathrooms with showers.

Each apartment has a table and chairs for dining outdoors. There is a traditional wood oven and BBQ. There are panoramic views over the vineyards.
