Not included: Final cleaning - €15 per person. Breakfast €5.50/€8 per person, heating - metered.

Security Deposit: € (euros) payable in cash on arrival, which is held and returned to you at the end of your stay.

This is a pretty country property within easy reach of the local town of Pontassieve and just a short train trip into central Florence. There are 8 pretty apartments located around a central courtyard and all have outdoor furniture for dining “al fresco”. The apartments have been restored with flair and attention to detail.

Cisterna – sleeps 4
A ground floor apartment with a kitchen with a 4 ring gas hob, fridge, microwave oven. There is a lounge area with open fireplace. There is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms with showers and a garden area.

Cecchina – sleeps 4
A ground floor apartment with a kitchen with a 4 ring gas hob, fridge, microwave oven. There is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms with showers.

Tinaia – sleeps 4
A ground floor apartment with a kitchen / lounge with open fireplace with a 4 ring gas hob a, fridge and a microwave. There are two double rooms (one can be made a twin) and 2 bathrooms with showers and a garden area.

Cacciatore – sleeps 5
Ground floor apartment with a kitchen with open fireplace. The kitchen has a 4 ring gas hob, fridge and a microwave. There are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom and two bathrooms with showers and garden area.

Archetti – sleeps 5
First floor apartment with a kitchen with open fireplace. The kitchen has a 4 ring gas hob, fridge and a microwave. There are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom and two bathrooms with showers.


Fienile – sleeps 6
Deluxe apartment on the first floor with 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, lounge. Air conditioning. Outside area for dining outdoors.

Each apartment has a table and chairs for dining outdoors. There is a traditional wood oven and BBQ. There is a pool located at a short distance for the property and it has panoramic views over the vineyards and the valley.
