Podere Gelsomino is in a country location just outside the pretty village of Barberino Val d’Elsa and within easy reach of both Poggibonsi and Tavernelle both with a variety of shops and supermarkets. The property is made up of a large family farmhouse and 6 apartments set in large grounds. From Barberino you are within easy reach of Florence to savour this wonderful city with its many museums and galleries or head south towards Siena and explore the lovely walled village of Monteriggioni or San Gimignano with its many towers that dominate the skyline.

Rosmarino – sleeps 2+1
This apartment has a living room with sofa bed / kitchen with open fireplace and satellite TV. There is a kitchen with a 2 ring hob, microwave, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, terrace.

Lavanda – sleeps 2+2
This first floor apartment has a living room with sofa bed / kitchen with open fireplace and satellite TV that opens onto the garden and is close to the pool,. There is a kitchen with a 2 ring hob, microwave, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.

Ginestra – sleeps 4+2
An apartment on 2 floors (first floor and attic floor) with a living room with satellite TV, kitchen with hob, microwave, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, terrace.

Salvia – sleeps 4+2
This gorund floor apartment has a living room with satellite TV and a sofa bed. There is a kitchen with a 2 ring hob, microwave, dishwasher. There are 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, two terrace.

Prezzemolo – sleeps 2+2
This ground floor apartment has a living room with sofa bed / kitchen with open fireplace and satellite TV that opens onto the garden and is close to the pool,. There is a kitchen with a 2 ring hob, microwave, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.

Alloro – sleeps 4+2
An apartment on 2 floors (ground and first floor)with a living room with satellite TV and a sofa bed. There is a kitchen with a 2 ring hob, microwave, dishwasher. There are 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, terrace.

The property is set in large grounds and has lovely views over rolling countryside, country farms, vineyards and olive groves. The pool is set in the landscaped garden close to the apartments. There is also a sauna and gym and a room available for massages that can be booked through the owner. These are located next to the apartments. There is also a large function room that can be used for conferences, equipped with seating for up to 50 people. It has its own bathroom and opens onto a covered loggia and the garden.
