Not included: Final cleaning - Rosmarino - 40 euros, Prezzemolo – 40 euros, Alloro - 60 euros payable direct to reception. Extra guests charged at €50 per person per week eg. Rosmarino - third person €50, Prezzemolo - third & fourth person, €50, Alloro fifth & sixth person €50. Children under 12 years don't pay the extra charge.
Extra services available on request: Baby cot - €20 a week (including linen, high chair - €10 per week, baby bath - €10 per week, breakfast - €10 euros per person per day (FREE for children under 3 years and €5 for children under 10 years), extra cleaning - €12 per hour, Baby sitting - €15 euros per hour, Internet access - €3 euros per hour (If you have your own PC then it is FREE of charge), laundry room - €5 euros per wash, dryer €5 per load, wood €7 per basket.
Security Deposit: €150 (euros) payable in cash on arrival, which is held and returned to you at the end of your stay.

 The property is set in large grounds and has lovely views over rolling countryside, country farms, vineyards and olive groves. The pool is set in the landscaped garden close to the apartments. There is also a sauna and gym and a room available for massages that can be booked through the owner. These are located next to the apartments. There is also a large function room that can be used for conferences, equipped with seating for up to 50 people. It has its own bathroom and opens onto a covered loggia and the garden.

Podere Gelsomino is in a country location just outside the pretty village of Barberino Val d’Elsa and within easy reach of both Poggibonsi and Tavernelle both with a variety of shops and supermarkets. The property is made up of a large family farmhouse and 6 apartments set in large grounds. From Barberino you are within easy reach of Florence to savour this wonderful city with its many museums and galleries or head south towards Siena and explore the lovely walled village of Monteriggioni or San Gimignano with its many towers that dominate the skyline.
