Le Ville is a holiday property made up of 4 modern semi detached houses built to a high standard. They have many traditional features including the chestnut beams on the top floor and terracotta floors on the ground floor. They have been furnished with top quality furniture and are well equipped to accommodate a larger family group. All four houses can be rented together for an extra large group travelling together for family reunions or special occasions. It is a great base for exploring Chianti, and the Valdarno valley. The larger cities of Florence (50 mins) and Siena (1.5 hours) are also within easy reach.
Le Ville is a perfect location if you want a quiet, peaceful country location with a private garden for a larger family group

Villas Rossa & Gialla are rented with a garage.
Arancio & Bianca don't have the use of a garage.
Villa Bianca has the office underneath it, which is accessed on Saturdays for cleaning and change overs.

Le Ville The property is made up of four adjacent semi detached houses. Each house is the same in layout and furnishings. All have their own private front and rear gardens with access to the pool from the rear garden through a garden gate that leads to the pool area and sun terrace. The pool is completely fenced off making it more secure, so perfect for families with small toddlers.
The houses all have terracotta floors on the ground floor and parquet flooring on the first floor. The first floor also has beamed ceilings. Le Ville is set amongst the Chianti hills between Figline Valdarno and Greve in Chianti and has pretty views to the hills around the property and a castle winery across the valley. Le Ville is located in a tiny country village and has a small bar / grocer’s shop just across the road. Both Greve in Chianti (8km) and Figline (7km) have supermarkets as well as many other shops and restaurants.

Ground floor:
On the ground floor the entrance is through the front door into the living room, which has a large arched doorway onto the front garden and a satellite TV and a sofa bed. Off the living room is a dining area with a large arched door onto the rear patio and garden with outside seating for eating “al fresco”. Off the dining room is the kitchen, which is well equipped and has an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer and microwave. There is a small hall and access to the downstairs bathroom with shower and a children’s bedroom with bunk beds, which has an extra pull out single bed underneath (suitable for a child).

First floor:
A staircase from the living room leads to the first floor. There is a small landing and a glass door onto a balcony to the side of the house. Off the landing there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub and shower attachment. The bathroom is also equipped with a washing machine. The bedrooms are furnished with pretty antique Tuscan wardrobes and wooden beds. All the furnishings are in pretty, classic neutrals

The large infinity pool (14 x 7mts) is located just above the house and each house has direct access to it through a garden gate. The pool is only shared by the four houses that make up the property. It is set in a lawn and has a paved terrace area around it. There is a large gazebo giving shade in hot weather and the pool has a Jacuzzi corner for a relaxing dip under the summer sun.
