La Torre is a charming restored watch tower that retains many of its original features. From the outside it has much of its original character and inside it has been restored to provide holiday accommodation of a high standard. The best feature, of this unusual property is the large living room with huge picture windows and roof terrace that has truly stunning views over the sea and coastline.

Ground Floor
The entrance is into a hall / reception room with an open fireplace. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a large hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, radio, microwave, washing machine / dryer. Also on the ground floor are 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and one twin bedroom) and 3 bathrooms , one with a bathtub and two with showers. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Up a few steps from the hall there is a double bedroom in the tower itself. It has exposed rock walls, an open fireplace and wonderful sea views. There is a romantic four poster bed. This bedroom has a small shower room. A wooden staircase leads from this bedroom upstairs and a spiral staircase leads from this room up to a small roof terrace (not suitable for small children).

First Floor
A staircase leads to the top floor where there is a large sunny living room / dining room with large picture windows that open onto the fabulous terrace and stunning views over the sea. It has an open fireplace and satellite TV , stereo and phone line. Off the living room is a small top floor kitchen. The large terrace has breathtaking views on one side towards Argentario and the islands of Gigli and Montecristo (a famous marine park) and on the other, the town of Talamone can be seen with its ruined fortress on the cliff top. A spectacular setting for a holiday, not just a James Bond movie!

The garden extends around the rear and front of the property. Being on a cliff top the front area of the garden is terraced. There is a patio with BBQ facilities with a covered loggia and outside seating. The pool is 6 x 4 mts and set in the garden with beautiful views across the sea. There is also a footpath that leads down to the water’s edge and decking provides a space for sun bathing.
