La Ramugina

La Ramugina, a large country house, part of a lovely farm estate has been restored retaining many of its original features to create very comfortable, elegant accommodation. The rooms and suites are furnished to a high standard. The restaurant is located 100 mts from the hotel and just at the end of the drive. It is a top class restaurant.
La Ramugina is close to the small country village of Mercatale and just 10 mins from the larger town of Montevarchi so is close to a variety of shops. It is a great base for exploring the towns and villages in the Val D’Ambra and the beautiful area of Chianti.

There are a variety of single rooms, standard doubles, Suites, Junior Suites as well as an apartment for up to 4/5 people.There are two lovely suites located in the original farmhouse towers on either side of the building. Both of these suites as well as another spacious suite in the original barn have a living room. The rooms and suites all have en suite bathrooms, satellite TV, direct dial phones, internet access, safe, mini bar and air conditioning.

The swimming pool (12 x 6) is adjacent to the hotel and has pretty views over the countryside.
