Podere Casanova is made up of 3 adjacent houses all with private gardens and a shared pool. Il Fienile is a restored barn located in the countryside close to Rufina. It is set in a private garden and shares a pool with the two other houses here, Casa Gaia and Villa Casanova . It has lovely views to the hills across the valley.
Il Fienile is a perfect base, for exploring Rufina with its many wineries and Florence, which is with in very easy reach on the new “superstrada” (20 mins) or as a base to explore further afield.
The other two houses that make up this property are Villa Casanova & Casa Gaia

Il Fienile – sleeps 4+1
This is a detached house adjacent to the large Villa and has its own terrace and private garden to the front of the house with outside BBQ.

Ground Floor: The ground floor has a spacious living room with open fireplace and sofa bed and a kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.

First Floor: There is a double four poster bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine and a twin bedroom. The pool is located across the drive set in a lawn area opposite the house which has sun loungers set around the pool.
