Security Deposit: €150 (euros) payable in cash on arrival, which is held and returned to you at the end of your stay.

Il Bellini is in a country location and yet minutes from the centre of Castelfranco di Sopra, which has a central piazza and several shops, restaurants and bars. The house has a large garden and children’s play area and pool with lovely views.

From Castelfranco you can wind along the hillside or up into the mountains behind to discover tiny mountain villages or head down into the valley below to explore the main towns of San Giovanni birthplace of the painter Massacio.
Il Bellini is a perfect setting if you want a country location within easy access of shops and bars.

La Scaletta – sleeps 2
A first floor apartment for 2 with a spacious living room / kitchen, one double bedroom with antique Tuscan iron bed, 1 bathroom with shower.

Cantina – sleeps 2+2
A ground floor apartment. Small but perfect for 2 people. It has a kitchen / living room with sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

Orciaia – sleeps 4
A ground floor apartment with lovely rich colours, terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. It has a kitchen, 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

Il Pozzo – sleeps 4+2
Ground floor apartment with a large kitchen / dining room with sofa bed and great decor. It also has a lovely fireplace at the same height as the worktop. It has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers. The decor here is based on creamy neautral colours with cream doors and very simple stylish furnishings with highlights of colour as in the striped chair covers in the kitchen. It has traditional features of beamed ceilings and terracotta floors.

Terrazza– sleeps 6
A first floor apartment with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower, Kitchen / living room. Panoramic terrace.
