Hotel Grondaie has been refurbished to provide high quality holiday accommodation. It has a combination of apartments of various sizes and also offers double rooms on a Bed & Breakfast basis. All the rooms and apartments have the use of the large garden and pool as well as the many other facilities.
Apartments range from smaller 2 or 2+1 apartments up to larger apartments sleeping 4+2. All have kitchen corners and some have hydromassage bathtubs. They are all furnished to a high standar and some also have their own terrace or garden area outside.

Originally a Tuscan farm, the Villa and tiny hamlet arranged around a central courtyard and well have been carefully restored to provide very comfortable accommodation within easy reach of the very heart of Siena, yet set in a large landscaped garden with a lovely pool. It is located on a small hillside that looks over to the city centre skyline. It is close to a bus route for easy access to the city centre and near to the station should you be travelling by train. It is 2kms from the heart of the city centre and within easy reach of the Chianti and beautiful “Crete Senese” areas to the south of this wonderful city.
Siena is a marvellous city rich in history, with many interesting museums to visit as well as the beautiful Duomo with its incredible library of Medieval manuscripts. There are a labyrinth of streets and lanes to explore many leading into the main Piazza del Campo where the world famous “Palio” horserace is held twice a year on 2nd July and the 16th August. A bare back horse race between competing quarters of the city in a annual battle to defeat their opponents and reach the finish line astride the winning horse. The horse is so highly acclaimed that it actually has pride of place at the celebration dinner held in the winners honour!
