Fienile Senese is a pretty, stone barn on two floors. It has been recently restored with great attention to detail and has a modern contemporary feel to the interiors and furnishings. It has a very spacious airy ground floor with large doors opening onto the garden all around the house. This villa is for the more discerning traveller who is seeking a peaceful, private location from which to enjoy the delights of Tuscany

Ground floor:
There are several glass doors on the ground floor all opening onto the garden. The ground floor is made up of an open plan living room, kitchen, dinning room. It is very light and airy and exceptionally spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a double sink, oven, hob, large fridge, washing machine. There is satellite TV in the lounge area. Stairs lead up from the entrance hall to the first floor.

First floor:
Stairs lead up to a first floor gallery that runs along the width of the house. Off this are 2 double bedrooms which both have their own en suite bathrooms and walk in wardrobes. One bedroom is a double room and has an en suite bathroom with hydromassage shower, the other is a twin room (can be made a double) with en suite bathroom with shower.

Guests have the use of a large L shaped pool and sun terrace just a short distance from the house, which has open views over the countryside and is set in a beautiful olive grove. The pool is only shared occasionally by the owner. There are no other apartments or properties sharing the pool.
The estate produces its own top class wines, which you can taste at the wine shop close to the restaurant.
