Fattoria di Rendola is a in a beautiful location close to the local village of Mercatale. It is set on a hill with fabulous views over vineyards and rolling countryside to the tower of Galatrona set on a hilltop opposite.
There are several apartments of different sizes in the farmhouse close to the main family Villa, where all guests have the use of the Villa’s walled garden and large pool with Jacuzzi corner just a stone’s throw from the farmhouse.
It is within easy reach of Florence (1 hour) and Arezzo (50 mins). It is a great location for exploring the local area and for visiting the wonderful renaissance cities of Florence (1 hr), Arezzo (50 mins) and Siena (1 hr)

Not included: Final cleaning - €60. Heating is available in cooler months and paid on amount consumed at €15 per day, Child's cot - €5 per day, Child's highchair - €5 per day.

Security Deposit: €100 euros payable in cash on arrival, which is held and returned to you at the end of your stay.

The farmhouse on this lovely farm estate has been restored using a mix of traditional features of chestnut beams and terracotta floors to create very comfortable, elegant holiday accommodation. The rooms and apartments are furnished to a high standard.

There are several apartments within the farmhouse close to the main family Villa, which has pretty views to the countryside and surrounding hills and has a garden. The large pool is located within a lovely walled garden close to the farmhouse.

The restaurant is located 200 mts. It is a top class restaurant and as well as its great normal menu, it also has a special vegetarian menu as well.

La Capinera- sleeps 3+1
It is a ground floor apartment with a kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom (can add extra bed), 2 bathrooms one with bath and one with a shower.

Il Pettirosso - sleeps 6
A ground and first floor apartment with a kitchen / dining room with sofa, 1 large double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and large arched door that opens onto a small terrace. There is a wonderful picture postcard view from this window. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom and a large twin bedroom. Both have views over olive groves.

L’Usignolo - sleeps 6
A ground floor apartment with a small kitchen, living room /dining room, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet. Own small terrace outside the kitchen

La Cinciallegra - sleeps 4
A first and second floor apartment with entrance hall and stairs to the first floor where there is a living room / dining room, kitchen, bathroom with bath and washing machine, 1 twin bedroom with antique beds. On the second floor there is a double bedroom with a high beamed ceiling and lovely views to over the vineyards and hills.

The pool area is within a pretty walled garden and located at a short distance from the farmhouse.
