Personal assistant available 4 hours per day (9am - 1pm) 6 days per week, linen and towels including pool towels changed mid week (Saturday + Wednesday), internet. Available on request: Extra member of staff €15 per hour per person. Extra bed linen and towels (charged) Not included: Final cleaning- €400, heating - metered, wood for the open fires, staff services over and above those quoted above are charged extra. Please note all staff have 1 day off per week. Organisation of special events and ceremonies quoted for on request. Castello Magestico
On the ground floor you will find a beautiful entrance hall decorated with oil paintings and furnished with a beautiful antique table dating back to the 18th century. There are three sitting rooms accessible from the main entrance hall. There is a library with an antique wooden desk, bookcase and Internet access, a bar room with fireplace, TV room richly furnished with an antique chest, two comfortable sofas upholstered with damask fabric, fireplace, satellite TV, CD/DVD/VCR player. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the brightly light dining room with frescoes and tiled with original ceramics.
 For groups of up to 20 guests there are 10 bedrooms available with 10 bathrooms. The bedrooms all have en-suite marble bathrooms equipped with hairdryers, are arranged on different levels and are individually decorated. They are also equipped with a mini-bar, air conditioning, satellite TV, phone point with internet access and a safe. In total there are 3 double or twin rooms, 2 Junior Suites and an impressive Superior Suite "Granduca" (Grand Duke), which looks out over the front and rear gardens. It features antique furnisings, a 17th century bedhead and a grand piano. The beautiful bedrooms are furnished with antique furniture and have hand decorated ceilings, frescoes and many other precious objects. For larger groups of up to 28 guests there are additonal bedrooms to provide the following accommodation, giving a total of 14 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms (2 bedrooms share a bathroom): 7 double or twin rooms, 2 Junior Suites, 4 Suites and the Superior Grand Duke Suite
The garden extends around the property. During the warmer months the "Rose Garden" is the ideal place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At the end of the garden, separated by a small gate is a swimming pool (open from mid May to the end of September). There is also a Jacuzzi and an area with gym equipment. The pool is set in a terraced olive grove shaded by ancient pine trees and has a changing room and toilet.

Castello Magestico a historic castle set in the countryside close to the Tuscan coast, was built in the 16th century and has been the residence of many Dukes of Tuscany. However, Leopold II, Grand Duke of Tuscany who reigned from1824 – 1859, lived here the longest. Today the castle is open to guests who can experience this wonderful historic home first hand. There are up to 14 double bedrooms and can accommodate up to 28 guests. Step back into the magic of times gone by and experience the elegant living of the Grand Dukes.
Castello Magestico is accessed up a tree lined drive leading to the main gates. A fabulous example of a historic house steeped in history and set in its own private grounds close to the Tuscan coast. The castle retains many of its original features and is furnished in an elegant style in keeping with the period of this grand house and includes many antique pieces.
