Prices include: Welcome drink, welcome dinner (Saturday), continental breakfast served buffet style, preparation and service of either lunch or dinner, cleaning service 6 days per week (from 8am 12pm), staff who maintain the garden and pool, linen and towels changed twice a week (Saturday + Tuesday), final cleaning Available on request: Extra member of staff 15 per hour per person. Not included: Laundry service (charged per garment), heating is available in cooler months and charged on amount consumed at a charge of 8 per hour.
Security Deposit: 2,500 (euros) payable in cash on arrival, which is held and returned to you at the end of your stay.
Castello di Magona
On the ground floor you will find a beautiful entrance hall decorated with oil paintings and furnished with a beautiful antique table dating back to the 18th century. There are three sitting rooms accessible from the main entrance hall. There is a library with an antique wooden desk, bookcase and Internet access, a bar room with fireplace, TV room richly furnished with an antique chest, two comfortable sofas upholstered with damask fabric, fireplace, satellite TV, CD/DVD/VCR player. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the brightly light dining room with frescoes and tiled with original ceramics.
 The bedrooms, which all have en-suite bathrooms, are arranged on different levels and are individually decorated. They are also equipped with a mini-bar, air conditioning, TV satellite, phone point with Internet access and safe. In total there are 5 double rooms, 5 suites and also a superior suite "Granduca" (Grand Duke). The beautiful bedrooms are furnished with antique furniture and have hand decorated ceilings, frescoes and many other precious objects.
The garden extends around the property. During the warmer months the "Rose Garden" is the ideal place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At the end of the garden, separated by a small gate is a swimming pool (open from mid May to the end of September). There is also a Jacuzzi and an area with gym equipment. The pool is set in a terraced olive grove shaded by ancient pine trees and has a changing room and toilet.

Castello di Magona a historic castle set in the countryside close to the Tuscan coast, was built in the 16th century and has been the residence of many Dukes of Tuscany. However, Leopold II, Grand Duke of Tuscany who reigned from1824 1859, lived here the longest. Today the castle is open to guests who can experience this wonderful historic home first hand. It has 11 double bedrooms and can accommodate up to 20 guests. Step back into the magic of times gone by and experience the elegant living of the Grand Dukes.
Castello di Magona is accessed up a tree lined drive leading to the main gates. A fabulous example of a historic house steeped in history and set in its own private grounds close to the Tuscan coast. The castle retains many of its original features and is furnished in an elegant style in keeping with the period of this grand house and includes many antique pieces.
