In the heart of Tuscany, nestling amongst lush green olive groves lies the enchanting hillside farm of Casellino, which today produces its own organically grown olive oil.

Casellino farmhouse sits on the slopes of the Pratomagno Hills. From high up on the hillside the farmhouse has stunning views over the Valdarno valley below. Originally a country farm, it has been lovingly restored using traditional materials including chestnut beams and terracotta floors. It is furnished in Tuscan style and today offers extremely comfortable holiday accommodation. This lovely stone farmhouse has three apartments of different sizes that share a pool with an adjacent restored barn.

Casellino is just a few kilometres from the village of Loro Ciuffenna a medieval village that straddles a gorge. A thousand year old mill still sits at the top of the gorge From Loro Ciuffenna you can wind up into the mountains behind to discover tiny mountain villages or head down into the valley below to explore the main towns or just sit at the café on the bridge and enjoy some of the best ice-cream in the area.
