Podere Casanova is made up of 3 adjacent houses all with private gardens and a shared pool. Casa Gaia is a restored house adjacent to the main Villa and located in the countryside close to Rufina. It is set in a private garden and shares a pool with the two other houses here, Villa Casanova and Il Fienile . It has lovely views to the hills across the valley.
Casa Gaia is a perfect base, for exploring Rufina with its many wineries and Florence, which is with in very easy reach on the new “superstrada” (20 mins) or as a base to explore further afield.

Casa Gaia – sleeps 4
This house is adjacent to the large Villa and has its own private garden to the front of the house with outside BBQ.
Ground Floor: The ground floor off the garden has a kitchen with hob, fridge, dishwasher and a living room with TV.

First Floor: There is a double four poster bedroom with parquet flooring, bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.
The pool is located across the drive set in a lawn area opposite the house which has sun loungers set around the pool.
