This first floor apartment boasts lovely views over the countryside back towards San Gimignano with its unique skyline dotted with its famous towers.
The entrance to the apartment is off a country lane and it has its own private gate. The main entrance to the apartment is on the first floor up a set of stairs from the garden. There is a pretty covered patio just outside the main door with outdoor seating.

First floor:
The apartment is on one floor and has large picture windows all around the apartment affording it fabulous vews over the countryside and towards San Gimignano in the very near distance. There is a terrace that runs around the apartment and it has outside seating so that you can sit and admire the wonderful views.There is a large living room with an open fireplace / kitchen with a cooker with oven and fridge. There is a second adjoining kitchen . There are 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and a small tub, the other has a shower.

Guests have the use of a private garden and pool (12 x 5mts) outside the apartment. The upper section to the garden has a pretty patio with pergola for shade and has open views. The pool is set just below the house and also has open views over beautiful rolling countryside dotted with cypress trees and vineyards and in the near distance you can see the picturesque town of San Gimignano.
