The villa is a great base for exploring the Cortona area, and southern Tuscany. The local towns of Arezzo 30kms and Perugia 45kms are within easy reach and the larger cities of Florence 100kms and Siena 70kms make interesting day trips.

Outdoor there is a private garden with a beautiful irregular-shaped swimming-pool (approx 7 x 14 mts – open from 15/05 to 30/09). A patio equipped with tables and chairs are perfect for “al fresco” dining and to enjoy the stunning sunsets. There is a barbecue for guests and wood is provided free of charge.

Living-room with fireplace, satellite TV, dining area and kitchenette (oven, freezer, dishwasher), bathroom with shower

First floor:
Reading area, twin bedroom, double bedroom with access to a covered terrace, bathroom with shower.

The irregular shaped pool (7 x 14mts) is located just below the house. The pool is set in a lawn with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and valley. There are deckchairs, loungers and umbrellas near the pool.
