Casa dei Fiori is a picturesque hamlet that hugs the slopes of the Pratomagno hills. From the property you can hear distant church bells chiming and sitting at 650 mts above sea level the sunset can be spectacular as the sun sinks slowly down behind the Chianti hills across the valley. There are lots of local villages to explore and yet it is also well situated for the Renaissance cities of Florence (1 hour), Siena (50 mins) and Arezzo (30 mins), which are all within easy reach. Anyone who's looking for a relaxing holiday amongst some of the most beautiful countryside in the world will find this place a paradise. One farmhouse has four apartments of different sizes and the other is a self contained, detached farmhouse.

Casa dei Fiori is a tiny hamlet that has been restored by specialist craftsmen, with attention to every detail thanks to the flair and vision of its owner. Traditional and modern styles are mixed innovatively to create a unique country style all of its own. Outside amidst the large landscaped gardens is a swimming pool, barbecue and children's play area.
Casa dei Fiori is just a few kilometres from a local village  that straddles a gorge. It is the perfect haven for a relaxing holiday but for those looking for something more energetic it is a marvellous base for walking, hiking, mountain biking or exploring the picture postcard countryside.
The tiny village church has been restored using traditional materials and has been decorated using paint effects and motifs to create a beautifully welcoming reception, which sells local wines and products grown and produced on the property. This tiny hamlet sits high up on the hillside and has stunning views over the valley below.

The villa is on 2 floors. It has a large entrance hall to the side of the house, a spacious professional kitchen with large hob, oven, large fridge, and dishwasher. To the front there is a large living room with open fireplace and two sets of glass doors opening onto the private front garden.

FIRST FLOOR

Stairs lead from the kitchen to the first floor where there is a pretty living room with sofa bed and an open fireplace. The 4 bedrooms are also on this floor. There is one double bedroom with en suite shower room, one twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with large bathtub, two twin bedrooms with adjoining bathroom , which has a bathtub and wall mounted shower.

The villa has a garden area to the front and side. There is an outside wood oven and barbecue built in stone. The villa also has its own private car parking spaces for 2 cars. It has a pretty garden with outdoor dining and panoramic views.

APARTMENT 1 - sleeps 2

Apartment on the ground and first floor. It has a kitchen with hob, oven and fridge. A spiral staircase leads up from the kitchen to a double bedroom with en suite shower room.

APARTMENT 2 - sleep 4+1

Ground and first floor apartment. It has a kitchen / living room with hob, oven, fridge and open fireplace. Off the kitchen is a hall with an extra bed. There is 1 double bedroom with pretty stone walls, 1 twin attic bedroom (low ceiling), 1 bathroom with bath and shower attachment.

APARTMENT 3 - sleeps 4+1

Ground floor apartment. It has a kitchen / living room with hob, oven, fridge, open fireplace and armchairs. On the right of the kitchen is 1 double bedroom with a French door leading onto the garden and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower attachment. On the left of the kitchen there is a bedroom with 3 single beds plus an extra single bed with en-suite bathroom with bath and a shower.

APARTMENT 4 - sleeps 5+1

First and second floor apartment. It has a top landing with seating area and sofa bed. There is a large kitchen / living room with hob, oven, fridge, open fireplace and armchairs. A set of stairs leads from the kitchen to the second floor where there is a bathroom with bathtub with shower attachment and a shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds.

OUTDOORS

The property is set in large landscaped grounds that include: an extensive herb garden, hundreds of irises in a multitude of colours in season, outdoor dining, BBQ and wood oven outside the detached villa and the property features panoramic views. The pool area is located at a short distance from the 2 farmhouses.  It is a large infinity pool with a covered pergola for shade and has stunning panoramic views.  Savour Tuscan cooking using the herbs from the garden during your stay.
A state of the art Tree house provides hours of fun for young children (must be accompanied by an adult). The tree house has games provided inside and can also be used by adults as a magical space to have breakfast or a romantic dinner
